Due to its construction, replacing the screen on your iPhone 13 can completely disable FaceID, which makes the repairability of the phone limited.

iFixit has discoveredthat attempts to replace the iPhone 13’s screena common smartphone repaircan completely disable FaceID.

This is just speculation, however, and relies on Apple deciding to make such a change.
