Xbox Celebrates 20 Years with 'Halo Infinite' Multiplayer

Microsoft celebrates 20 years of Xbox by launching the Halo Infinite multiplayer ahead of the full game and makes more games backwards compatible.

It will also support cross-platform play, so console and PC gamers will be thrown together in matches.

Any progress made in the multiplayer mode will carry over to the full games release on December 8th.

The first season, titledHeroes of Reach, runs through May 2022.
