How to use Yahoo’s no-password login
Passwords can be a liability.
If anyone learns your password, they can access your account from anywhere without you noticing.
AYahooaccount key is a security feature that Yahoo enabled for itsemailservices to eliminate the need for a password.
Sign in to your Yahoo email account.
Select theMenuicon in the upper-left corner.
In some version of the app on Android, you’ll need to tap theProfileicon instead of theMenuicon.
Select theKeyicon next to your email address.
On Android you may need to tap theAccount keylink.
SelectSet up Account Key.
Select thegreen check markon the Sample Account Key screen.
Confirm your mobile number by selectingEnable Yahoo Account Key.
If the mobile number that shows up isn’t yours, selectUpdate my phone numberand enter the correct information.
Launch aweb internet tool.
Navigate tohttps://yahoo.com.
SelectMailin the upper-right corner.
input your Yahoo email account and selectNext.
After choosingYes, you will get access to your email account.
