What Is an ESD File?

It stores an encrypted Windows Imaging Format (.WIM) file.

You might see this file when upgrading the Windowsoperating system.

Once you convert, double-tap the ISO file to burn it to a CD on Windows.

Or,download a free tool like Rufusto burn the ISO file to a USB drive.

Next, select theOperating systemsroot folder >Convert> selectWIM (Standard, editable)>OK.

Then, choose the extractedWIM folder> selectCreate ISO, and name the folder.
