You could also open one with atext editor, but it probably wouldn’t be useful.
This format is a bit different, so there aren’t many dedicated CSR converters available.

Go to SSLShopper.com, and selectChoose File.
choose the file to convert, and pressOpen.
UnderType of Current Certificate, choose the punch in.
UnderType to Convert To, choose the throw in you wish to convert the file to.
