Steam Link doesn’t let you installSteamgames on your iPhone.

Here’s how to do that:

GetSteam Linkfrom the App Store.

Ensure that your iPhone, Mac, or PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi internet.

You only have to do this once.

Once the app is set up, you might play over Wi-Fi or a cellular signal.

On your Mac or PC, launch Steam.

kick off the Steam Link app on your iPhone.

TapGet Startedto start the process of connecting to your rig.

Once the scan is complete, tap your rig in the Screen Link app.

The app displays a PIN.

Enter the PIN in the pop-up window in Steam on your system.

This pairs the app and your box.

Depending on the game and your controls, some cellular signals may not be fast enough to stream games.

When the test succeeds, green checkmarks appear next to your iPhone and your box.

You’re ready to start playing.

The green checkmarks let you know your setup and phone are ready to play.

The Steam Link app will let you know if you should probably update drivers on your gear.

If that’s the case, follow the on-screen prompts.

Streaming a game in Steam Link

Only some games will work well with the touch-based controls offered by Steam Link.

Trial and error will tell you which games are good candidates for remote play.

Depending on the games you play, you may want to get a game controller add-on for your iPhone.
