What Is a MODD File?
A file with the MODDfile extensionis a Sony video analysis file, created by some Sony camcorders.
The file might look something likefilename.m2ts.moddto indicate that it describes details on an M2TS file.

A MOD file is called a camcorder recorded video.

you might, however, convert the actual video files (the M2TS, MP4, etc.)
to these formats with avideo file converter program or web service.
As explained, MODD files aren’t the same as MOD files, which are actual video files.
