Removing Extra Breaks in Word Documents
Go to theHometab and, in theParagraphgroup, selectShow/Hide. Or, pressCtrl+*(orCtrl+Shift+8). In Word for Mac, go to theHometab and selectShow all nonprinting characters. All section breaks become visible in the document. Place the cursor to the left of break you want to remove, then pressDelete. SelectShow/Hideto hide the section breaks. Go to theHometab and, in theEditinggroup, selectReplace. Or, pressCtrl+Hto initiate the Find and Replace dialog box. In Word for Mac, use theSearchbox in the upper-right corner of the document....
