Now Microsoft Has Decided the Recall Feature Should Be Optional

In response to customer feedback, Microsoft has decided to make the Recall preview feature an option that people have to opt to use instead of having it turned on automatically.

Now, the company is stepping back a little and making that feature optional.

During the setup process for your new computer, you’ll have to turn it on.

Microsoft is also putting another requirement in place in order for the Recall preview feature to be enabled.
