I try a lot of earbuds and headphones.

And I’ve found some features I really love, and a couple that I wish were better.

Here’s how it all worked out.

They are a little different fromprevious generations of Nothing Ear earbuds.

This is by design.

I can’t say enough how comfortable the Nothing Ear (open) are to wear.

I’ve put them on forgotten I’m even wearing them, which is saying something.

Nothing really thought through the design of the earbuds.

One is sound quality.

And unfortunately, with this style of earbud, there’s no way to have Active Noise Cancellation.

When it comes to sound, though, Nothing nails it.

This was really apparent to me when I listened to music using the Nothing Ear (open).

Another feature that’s really important in earbuds is battery life and charging speed.

Could that be longer?

That is the one thing I can think of that would have made the listening experience better.

I simply wasn’t squeezing hard enough.

it’s possible for you to customize them to your liking.

That’s also where it’s possible for you to set up your preferred voice assistant.

Finally, these earbuds allow for all manner of connections.

Are the Nothing Ear (open) Worth It?

Given the sound quality plus the attention to design, I would say these earbuds are definitely worth it.

you’re free to’t actually purchase them until October 1, however.

Then, they’ll be available on Nothing’s website.
