Using the Report Wizard, you’re able to quickly create a basic report.

pop launch the database and go to theCreatetab.

In theReportsgroup, selectReport Wizard.

The Report Wizard opens.

In theTables/Querieslist, choose the table on which you want to base the report.

Double-clicking a field in the Selected Fields list moves it back to Available Fields.

SelectNextwhen you finish adding fields.

Choose the fields by which you want to sort the records and selectNext.

In theLayoutsection, go for the layout in which you want the report to appear.
