This strategy gives you more time earlier in the season to focus on other XP tasks.
Both modes let you earn XP just by playing them casually.
However, there is a limit to how much XP you’re able to earn with this method.

The tracking feature is unavailable whenplayingFortnitesplit-screen.
You’ll complete many milestones throughout the seasons simply by playing the game as usual.
Others, you’re able to complete quickly by making some minor adjustments to how you play.

New locations typically look like theyre covered by a giant shadow on the map.
To remove the shadow, visit them during a match.
you’re able to also earn XP inFortniteby visiting landmarks.

Landmarks are typically places on the map that are special, such as a statue or a boss base.
you’re free to track characters via the Collection tab next to the Map and Quest menus.
This tab also shows you which youve met and which ones you still need to find.

Keep Going When Youre Knocked Out
Dont stop playing when an enemy knocks you down.
But stay in the game, as theres XP to be earned.
One of your team members could revive you, which means youll be able to keep playing as normal.

However, youll also earn XP based on where your team ranks in the match.
You’ll get this even if nobody “reboots” you.
Once in this cabin, snag the fireplace and watch it fill the entire screen.

As the yule log burns on the fire, random bursts of XP will appear.
