get in to your AOL Mail account and go to the inbox.

Select theOptionsdrop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the inbox window and then chooseMail controls.

SelectComposein the left pane of the Mail parameters window.

Select theFontdrop-down arrow in the Default Font and Color section.

Choose one of the available font styles.

Select theFont Sizedrop-down arrow in the Default Font and Color section.

Choose one of the available font sizes.

Select theText Colorbutton in the Default Font and Color section.

Choose one of the available text colors.

Preview how your default font will appear in theWhat your text will look likebox.

Make any changes you wish.

SelectSave Settingsto apply the new default font controls.

Return to the inbox.

To turn on Rich Text HTML formatting:

Select theUse Rich Text/HTML Editingcheck box.

SelectSave Settingsto apply the changes.

Return to the inbox.
