OpenChrome.
In the top right corner of the web app window, nudge the three-dot icon.
Click or hover overHelp.
Look for theVersionnumber just under the Google Chrome heading and icon.
Tap thethree-dot iconin the bottom right.
TheVersionis listed at the bottom of the screen.

The version number is listed in theApplication Versionrow.
Open Chrome and enterchrome://versionin the URL bar.

But how can you know if you have the latest version of Chrome?

If you use an iPhone or iPad, knowing if there’s anapp updateis even simpler.
Just go to theApp Storeapp > profile icon in the top right >Available Updates.
If Chrome is listed there, tapUpdate.
OpenChrome> click three-dot icon in the top right >Help>About Google Chrome.
If there is, it will prompt you to install it.
If there isn’t it will let you knowChrome is up to date.
Set Chrome to automatically update by clicking that menu and you won’t ever have to check again.
Open theGoogle Play Storeapp.
Tapyour profile iconin the top right.
TapManage Apps & Devices.
TapUpdates Availableand then browse to findChrome.
Tap the box next to Chrome to select it.
Tap the checkmark and circle icon to implement the Chrome update.
On a Pixel phone, you should probably tap theUpdatebutton next to Chrome.
If you take a stab at update Chrome and nothing is available, you have the latest version.
