You’ll need access to the desktop version of Gmail to complete this transfer.
In newer Gmail versions, selectSee All configs.
At the top of the parameters page, select theAccounts and Importtab.
In the Import mail and contacts section, selectImport mail and contacts.
If you have previously imported, the option will readImport from another address.
Another window will open with some information.
In the next window, you’ll confirm permissions for Gmail to access your Outlook account.
Review the terms and clickYesto continue, and then close theAuthentication successfulscreen.
In the window labeled Step 2: Import options, choose the options you want.
These are:
SelectStart importand then clickOK.
The import process will run without further assistance from you.
