First, you should probably drop in the app and link it to your subscription.

On your Apple TV, open theApp Storeapp.
Search forYouTube TVand smack the search result.
ClickGet(and thenGetagain) to download and implement the YouTube TV app on your Apple TV.
When the app has downloaded and installed, clickOpen.
Here’s what to do.
The home screen of the app offers a set of suggestions for shows that are airing live.
Select one and punch it to start watching.
When you find a show you want to watch, choose it.
Here’s what to do:
opt for show you want to add to your library.
In the panel that appears from the right, clickAdd to Library.
ClickMore infoto see all available show episodes, when it airs live, and recommendations for similar shows.
The panel will change to show a plus icon and readAdded to library.
Future episodes of the show will be automatically added to your library.
Swipe down and hit the+icon.
In the right panel, you could choose to addThis event onlyor this and similar events.
