ClickExportand then pop pop the file.

Below the three quick options at the top of the navigation, youll see the individual categories.

Health Auto Export is free and offers a variety of additional features based on the plan you select.

The data is more intended for health purposes by providing items such as clinical records and workout routes.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tapExport All Health Data.

Youll then receive a small message explaining the export is processing.

When complete, youll see your share sheet display at the bottom.

Swipe up and go for the option you want to use to send the file to your Mac.
