Offline web connection syncing is not available for Windows 10 Home Edition.
Typesync centerin the search box at the top-right corner of the Control panel window, and then selectSync Center.
SelectManage offline fileson the left side.
You’ll needadministrative rightsto enable this feature.
reset your gear and repeat steps 1-3 to reach the new Offline Files options.
