The same app is used for both streaming to Twitch and watching Twitch broadcasts.
Here’s how to do it.
Press theSharebutton on your PlayStation controller.
Your PlayStation 4 console will now give you a unique series of numbers.
On your rig, visitthis special Twitch pagein your web surfing app and enter the number.
Back on your PlayStation 4, a new option should appear.
Your PlayStation 4 and Twitch account will now be linked.
These options will save so you won’t have to change them before future streams.
Press theSharebutton on your PlayStation 4 controller.
SelectTwitchfrom the menu that appears.
Don’t press Start Broadcasting yet.
In theTitlefield, enter the name for this individual stream.
In theQualityfield, pick the image resolution you want your video to be.
The720poption is recommended for most users and provides a good image and sound quality during a stream.
Once all of your controls are locked in, press theStart Broadcastingoption.
To end your Twitch stream, press theSharebutton on your PlayStation controller.
FAQ
Go toSettings>Sharing and Broadcasts>Audio Sharing Settingsand ensure all the boxes are checked.
Alternatively, use the PlayStation Camera to record your streams.
On your PS4, go toSettings>Account Management>Link With Other Services>Twitch>bounce.
