Using safe mode narrows the cause of the problem down to the operating system or the hardware.
Restoring your gear to its factory default options uninstalls all apps and erases all data.
Back up your data before performing this action.
By default, Android boots into normal mode.
If the machine boots in safe mode, rebooting should restore it to normal mode.
To remedy this problem, delete apps that launch at startup, such as custom home screens and widgets.
Then, reboot the equipment again.
Apps cannot be opened in Safe Mode.
OpenQuick Settingsand selectSettings>System>Restart> andRestartto confirm.
Your TV should exit Safe Mode automatically once it finishes restarting.
