Turn Off Netflix Subtitles on Android
With a video playing, tap thescreento show the progress bar.
In theSubtitlessection, selectOff.
Then, selectOffunder the Subtitles section.

Under the description page for the video, use the Roku remote to selectAudio & Subtitles.
To turn subtitles off after starting the video, selectBackon the Roku remote to show the video description page.

Once it’s check-marked, press theBackbutton to return to the description page and resume play.
PressUpon the remote to dive into the progress bar and other options.

Use the remote to highlight theAudio & Subtitlesicon and pressOK.

Under Subtitles, selectOff.

Navigate to the dialog icon and selectOffunder theSubtitlessection.

Select theAbutton to display the Subtitles setting.
Select theMenubutton on the Fire TV remote.
