The first step is to navigate to Xbox.com.
Under your profile image, selectMy Microsoft Account.
ChooseServices & Subscriptionsat the top of the screen.
go for the membership for which you want to turn off auto-renewal.
On the next page, clickTurn off recurring billing.
This opens up a menu where you might view your active subscriptions.
