Is There a Way to Transfer Google Photos to Another Account?

Fortunately, Google has tools which make transferring photos fast and easy to do.

On your Google Photos account, clickSharing.

If this is your first time using the Sharing feature, clickGet started.

If you already have an account and so you don’t see that prompt, openSettingsand selectPartner sharing.

In the search bar, throw in in the name of your other account.

hit the name to add it to the partner list, then tapNext.

Choose the photos you want to share or select All photos,then tapNext.

ClickSend invitationto give your other account access to the photos.

Now the photos from the first account can be seen in the second.

When transfering a few photos or an album, this method is highly recommended.

Open your Google Photos app and click onSharing.

Write in the title of the photos you want to transfer to the other account, then tapSelect photos.

ClickSendat the bottom to send the invitation to your other account so that gain access and transfer photos.

It’s a great way to move your entire Google Photos library in a single move.

Go to the Google Takeout website, scroll down and poke the box next to Google Photos.

If you want to see what will be exported, clickAll photo albums included.

In that same window, uncheck the items you want to exclude from the export and then clickOK.

Scroll to the bottom and selectNext step.

you’re free to select how frequent you want the export to happen and the file size.

This guide will choose to download 10GB for a one time export.

Once you’ve decided which bang out of file you want, selectCreate export.

Once done, click theDownloadbutton to download the ZIP file.

You’ll receive an email once the download is complete.
