Collect a few dozen to check that you have enough on hand.
Wait until nightfall and wander around the Taiga biome until you find a fox.
Slowly approach it with Sweet Berries in your hand.
When the fox is in front of you, use the berries on it.
You’ll now have a fox friend who will follow you around and fend off enemies.
Feed them about 4 Sweet Berries to win their loyalty.
Tame foxes will follow you around, attack nearby hostile mobs, and occasionally bring you items.
Foxes have the ability to jump up to 5 blocks, making them very helpful for navigating treacherous territory.
Taiga biomes are identifiable by the many spruce trees that grow in them.
Spruces are tall with dark green leaves and pointy tips.
Taiga biomes can be green or snowy.
Foxes in the snowy biome are white, making them harder to spot.
If you cant find a fox, use the/summon foxconsole command to spawn one instantly.
Keep feeding your baby fox Sweet Berries to make it grow into an adult.
Build a fence to keep your foxes in one place when you don’t need them at your side.
