Additional information on adding a passphrase to protect your data and on troubleshooting is included.
All you have to do is sign on using the same Gmail address.
The default setting includes syncing bookmarks.

To sync your bookmarks on a desktop computer:
bring up the Chrome internet tool on your box.
In the upper-right corner, click theMoremenu (three vertical dots) and selectSettings.
ClickSync and Google Services.

SelectManage what you sync.
SelectCustomize syncand toggle onBookmarks.
SelectSync everythingto turn syncing on for everything, including Bookmarks.

This controls includes syncing for apps, extensions, history, themes and other data.
To sync your bookmarks using the Chrome app:
OpenChromeon your smartphone.
Tap theMoremenu (three dots).

TapSync and Google services.
On an iPhone, you may need to sign into Chrome first.
Toggle onBookmarksand any other category of data you want to sync.

Add a Passphrase to Protect Your Data
Google always encrypts your data while its in transit.
A passphrase won’t protect your payment methods and billing/shipping addresses from Google Pay.
To create a sync passphrase:
Turn on sync in Chrome if you haven’t already.

Go toSettingsby selecting it from theMoremenu (three dots).
ClickSync and Google services.
Scroll down toEncryption options.

ChooseEncrypt synced data with your own sync passphrase.
Input and confirm your passphrase.
(verify it’s astrong password.)

Chrome Bookmarks Not Syncing?
First you’ll need toexport your Safari bookmarksas an HTML file.
Once that’s done, the process toimport the HTML file into Chromeis very straightforward.
