This mode is designed to activate whenever your Mac hasnt been in use for a while.

The screen turns off, and the Mac enters a low power mode until you wake it up.

Just set a time youre comfortable with in step four below.

Heres how to keep your Mac screen on using a terminal command:

fire up the macOS Terminal app.

key in Terminal intoSpotlight, or open it in the Finder viaApplications>Utilities>Terminal.

To disable caffeinated mode, clickTerminateon the alert that appears when you attempt to exit the Terminal window.

Click12:00 AMand choose the time you want your Mac to enter sleep mode.

Your Mac will now sleep automatically at the time and day or days you selected.
