Here’s how to get sharing up and running.
This article assumes you have already purchaseda YouTube TV subscription.
Log into YouTube TV and click yourProfileimage in the upper right corner.
In the menu, selectSettings.
An information box appears explaining what you are doing.
Another dialog box opens explaining the requirements for adding family members.
Be sure to read through it and then clickContinue.
You canSkipadding family members at this point.
On the next screen, opt for people you want to add as members of your Family Group.
If they are not in your contacts, you might add family members by email address.
When you’re finished, selectSendto send the invitations.
After the invitations are sent, you’ll get a confirmation message.
ClickGo To YouTube TVto start watching your favorite movies and shows.
They’ll do that from the email invitation they receive.
The person you invited to join your family group should initiate the email they received and clickAccept Invitation.
They will be taken to an explanation that you invited them to join your family on Google.
The recipient should clickGet Started.
The recipient will be asked to confirm they will be part of your family.
If they agree, they should clickJoin Family.
Your family member will receive aWelcome to the Family!message.
They can now see who else is part of your family group if they clickView Family.
Family members will also be able to see what you’re sharing if they scroll down the page.
From there, they can clickGonext to YouTube TV Family Plan to start using YouTube TV.
you’ve got the option to add and remove Family Members fairly easily.
Log into your YouTube TV account and then nudge the profile image in the upper right corner.
SelectSettings>Family Sharingand then clickManage.
grab the Family Member you want to remove.
Then on the menu, clickRemove Member.
ClickRemoveagain and the family member will be removed.
