If you prefer keyboard shortcuts, pressCtrl+1.

Go to theFoldertab and chooseNew Search Folder.

In theNew Search Folderdialog box, scroll to theCustomsection and selectCreate a custom Search Folder.

In theCustomize Search Foldersection, selectChoose.

In theCustom Search Folderdialog box, enter a name for the Search Folder.

For example, typeAll Mail.

Select theSearch subfolderscheck box.

Or, clear theSearch subfolderscheck box and choose the folders that contain messages you want to see.

Or, placesub-folders under the Inboxor another folder and set up the Smart Folder withSearch subfoldersenabled.

SelectOKto close theSelect Folder(s)dialog box.

SelectOKto close theCustom Search Folderdialog box.

In theWarningdialog box, selectYesso that the messages in the folders you selected appear in the Search Folder.

In theNew Search Folderdialog box, selectOK.

A new Search Folder appears in the Outlook folders list.

In theActionsgroup, selectCustomize This Search Folder.

In theCustomize [folder name]dialog box, selectCriteria.

In theSearch Folder Criteriadialog box, specify the criteria for the messages to include in the Search Folder.

SelectOKto close theCustomize [folder name]dialog box.
