Scroll down to the On startup section and selectOpen a specific page or set of pages.
SelectAdd a new page.
Enter the URL you want to appear when you open Chrome and selectAdd.

you could also add additional pages if you desire.
Once you’ve changed it, you’re free to access its link from theHistorymenu.
Go toEdit>Preferencesin Windows, orSafari>Preferencesif you’re on a Mac.

pop in a URL into theHomepagetext box, or selectSet to Current Pageto do that.
For example, to make Google your home page, you’d typehttps://www.google.com.
In the upper-right corner of Edge, select themenu(three dots), and chooseSettings.

SelectOn startupfrom the left pane.
ChooseOpen a specific page or pages.
You could instead selectUse all open tabsto convert all your open web pages to home pages.

Enter the URL of the page you want as your startup home page, and then selectAdd.
you could repeat those last two steps to make more Home pages.
The home button is located to the left of the navigation bar.

OpenSettingsas described above, but this time open theAppearancetab from the left pane.
Make sureShow home buttonis toggled on, and then enter aURLin the space provided.
Alternatively, pressCommand+Comma(macOS) orCtrl+Comma(Windows) to bring up preferences.

From the left menu bar, selectHome.
In theHomepage and new windowsdrop down menu, selectFirefox Home (Default),Custom URLs, orBlank Page.
To make your favorite website the home page, access theOn startupoption to set the URL.

In theOmenu, selectSettings.
Scroll down to theOn startupsection and chooseOpen a specific page or set of pages.
Then, selectAdd a new page.

Enter theURLyou want to use as the Opera home page.
SelectAddto change the home page.
