How to Set up iOS Contacts for Group Emails
Open theContactsapp.
Tap+to set up a new contact.

In theLast nameorCompanytext box, enter a name for the email group.
Scroll down to theNotessection.
Enter every email address you want to add to the group, separated by commas.
In theNotestext box, tap and hold anywhere for a couple of seconds to display the context menu.
TapSelect Allto highlight everything in theNotesarea, then tapCopy.
Scroll up and tapadd email.
Choose a custom label for these email addresses, or keep the defaulthomeorwork.
To change the label, tap the name of the label that’s to the left of theEmailtext box.
Tap theEmailtext box, then tapPasteto paste all the addresses you just copied.
TapDoneto save the new email group.
Tapmailto create a new email to the group.
The Mail app opens and populates theTofield with the email addresses in the group.
Tap theTotext box to see the addresses, then press-and-drag any address to a different text box.
TapSendto send the group email.
Tap and hold the list of addresses, and wait for a menu to appear.
ChooseCopyto copy all the addresses.

Tap theTotext box, then tapPaste.
Use this area to edit the recipients of the group, and to add and remove addresses.
In theContactsapp, pop kick open the group contact and selectEdit.
Tap theNotestext box to make the field editable.
Highlight and copy the set of addresses.
Find the email text field that contains the old addresses.
Tap that text field and use the smallxon the right side to remove all of them.
Tap in the empty email field, then tapPasteto enter the updated group information.
TapDoneto save the group.
FAQ
To delete an email account on an iPhone, openSettingsand selectMail>Accounts.
Tap the email account you want to delete, and then tapDeleteAccount.
