Open theMail applicationon your Mac.
ClickMailboxin the menu bar and selectNew Mailboxfrom the menu that appears.
Select aLocationfor the mailbox and punch in “Template” into the Name field.

ClickOKto create the mailbox.
it’s possible for you to name the new inbox whatever you want.
Create a new message by clicking theNew Messagebutton, selectingNew Messagefrom theFilemenu, or pressingCommand+Non your keyboard.

Edit the message to contain anything you want in the template.
As you work, Apple Mail saves your message in theDraftsmailbox.
wrap up the message window and selectSaveif you receive a prompt.

Move the message you just saved from theDraftsmailbox to theTemplatemailbox by clicking on it and dragging to the destination.
TheTemplatefolder may appear under theOn My Macfolder group.
Highlight the template you want to use for the new message.

SelectSend Againfrom theMessagemenuto launch the template in a new window.
The keyboard shortcut isCommand+Shift+D.
Edit and send the message.
