initiate the Gmail message and selectMore(three dots).
SelectShow originalto kick off the full message as a text document.
The message opens in a new window.
Method 1: Save File as EML File Format
In the text document, right-clickDownload Original.
From theSave as typemenu, selectAll Filesinstead ofText Document.
If you’re using Windows, pressCtrl+Ato highlight all of the text andCtrl+Cto copy it.
If you’re on macOS, useCommand+Ato go for the text, andCommand+Cto copy it.
Paste all of the text into a text editor such asNotepad++orBrackets.
Save the file with the.emlfile extension, as above.
