Display configs changes the screen orientation.
Right-hit the desktop and chooseDisplay controls.
Alternatively, open controls (Win+i) and go toSystem>Display.

pick the monitor you want to rotate, if you have more than one.
Scroll down to theScale & layoutsection.
snag the menu next toDisplay orientation, and chooseLandscapeorPortraitto pick an orientation.

To flip the screen in those positions, your options areLandscape (flipped)andPortrait (flipped).
ChooseKeep changeson the prompt to rotate your screen.
For example,Ctrl+Alt+Upreturns the screen to the default landscape orientation.

Unfortunately, this only works when yourotate the screen in Windows 10.
One that I like is calledScreen Rotate.
Below are the shortcut keys to rotate the screen with this program.

you could change these from the controls.
If that doesn’t work, the softwareRotation lockis probably engaged, preventing the screen from rotating.
If theRotation lockis highlighted, it’s turned on, and your screen won’t rotatetap to disable it.
