Open theGalleryon your Android phone or tablet.
Tap the video you want to upload, then select theShareicon.

If you have multiple Google Accounts, choose the account you want to upload the video to.
OpenGoogle Photoson your Android phone and tap thesearch bar.
ChooseVideos, then opt for video you want to rotate.

Tap theslider baricon (it’s at the bottom of the screen in the middle).
SelectRotateuntil the video is oriented the way you want it.
Limitations
you might rotate any video you filmed and downloaded to your phone.
You cannot rotate videos you downloaded from the internet.
The video needs to be saved to your phone and then uploaded to Google Photos to adjust it properly.
When you rotate a video, you rotate the orientation.
you could’t change the orientation of a video from your phone.
Instead, you’ll need movie editing software such as iMovie for Mac or Windows Movie Maker.
