A series of camera tips appears the first time you turn on your GoPro.
To refer to them later, tapPreferences>Reset>Reset Camera Tips.

Swipe down and then left on the HERO12 through HERO9 Black.
TapPreferences>Reset>Factory Reset>Confirm Reset.
A factory reset on a GoPro doesnt delete anything from your SD card or affect the cameras software.
This option applies to the HERO12 Black, HERO8 Black, and HERO7 Black, Silver, and White.
From the main screen, swipe down.
TapPreferences>Factory Reset>Reset.
To only reset the Camera Defaults, tapPreferences>Camera Defaults>Reset.
Press theModebutton to power on the camera.
Once the cameras on, press theModebutton repeatedly until you get toSettings.
Press theShutterbutton to selectSettings.
Then press theShutterbutton five times to get toPreferences.
Press theModebutton repeatedly until you get toReset, then press theShutterbutton to select it.
Press theModebutton to highlightReset.
Press theShutterbutton to selectReset.
The Fusion then automatically restores the factory options and restarts.
Power the camera off and press theMenubutton to turn on the status screen.
Press theMenubutton repeatedly until you see theExit Menu.
Press and hold theShutterbutton for eight seconds.
Press theMenu>Shutterbuttonsto move to and selectYes.
