One of its benefits is allowing you to create backups for your documents easily and securely.
Select theProcessestab and search forMSOSYNC.EXE.
ClickMSOSYNC.EXEto highlight it and then pressDeleteto stop it from running.
Next, search forOSPPSVC.EXEand do the same thing.
The Office Upload Center icon is now removed from the current session on your gear.
ChooseSettingsin the pop-up menu.
Locate the Office Upload Center and selectSettingson the toolbar.
In the new menu box for theMicrosoft Office Upload Center controls, go toDisplay Options.
Locate theDisplay icon in notification areaoption and uncheck that box.

The Microsoft Upload Center has now been removed.
Disabling the Office Upload Center doesnt mean you cant access it.
