Can’t get in to FB because you forgot your password?
The instructions apply to desktop and mobile users.
If you see your profile, select it to jump in automatically.
You do not need to know or have access to your phone or email to do this.
This only works if you checked the box to back up your password the last time you logged in.

SelectI am not in this listand then enter the name of a Facebook friend to help locate your account.
TapContinueif your account was found automatically.
Facebook will display part of the email or number associated with your account.
If it looks right, select that reset option followed byContinue.
Enter the code that was texted or emailed to you, then tapContinue.
When asked, create a new Facebook password, then tapContinueagain to sign in.
Select your Facebook account from the list to see a list of devices logged into your account.
If you’re having trouble logging into Facebook, first check to see if the site is down.
