Search for and openSnipping Toolfrom the Start menu.
SelectRecord(the camera button).
SelectNew, and then drag somewhere on the screen to decide what area to record.
Select thePauseicon to temporarily stop the recording, or use theStopicon to end the whole recording.

Xbox Game Barcomes with Windows 11 by default.
