How to Send a Group Email in Gmail
Open Gmail and selectCompose.
If the side menu is collapsed, opt for Plus sign (+).
Enter the name of the group in theTofield.
As you bang out, Gmail suggests possible recipients.
go for the group from the list of suggestions.
When you grab the group, Gmail automatically adds every email address from the group.
Then, delete a person in the list by selecting the smallXnext to their name or email address.
In a new message window, select eitherTo,Cc, orBccto open theSelect contactsscreen.
Select theMy contactsdropdown arrow and choose the group name.
SelectInsertto import those email addresses into the field you chose in Step 1.
This is a quick way to move a contact in theTofield to theCcfield.
