Go to theHometab and selectRules>Create Rule.
In theCreate Ruledialog box, selectAdvanced Options.
In theRules Wizard, choose the conditions you want to use to filter incoming messages to print.

Select theprint itcheck box.
SelectFinishto complete the rule.
Every incoming email that matches the rule you set automatically prints to the printer connected to your setup.

To automatically print emails in your inbox, use the procedures below.
SelectManage Rules & Alerts.
In theStart from a blank rulesection, highlightApply rule on messages I receive.

HighlightCheck messages when they arrive.
In theStep 2: Edit the rule descriptionsection, opt for criteria to use to filter incoming messages.
In theStep 1: Select action(s)section, select theprint itcheck box.
