We used a Mac runningmacOS 10.15 Catalina, Pages 10, and Microsoft Word 2016.

The steps and menu names may be slightly different on other versions, but the concepts are the same.

Highlight the person’s name so their contact information, including their address, is displayed.

ClickFile>Print(or from the keyboard selectCommand + P).

In the print dialog box, check that your printer is selected in thePrintermenu and then clickPrint.

OpenMicrosoft Word, and, from the launch window, typeEnvelopesin theSearchbar at the top right.

Double smack the envelope template you want.

jot down your return address and the recipient’s address.
