Double-smack the email in Outlook to open it in a new window.

In theMessagetab, go to theMovegroup and selectActions.

pick the text that you want to make larger or smaller.

Use theCtrl+Akeyboard shortcut to select all the text in the email.

Go to theFormat Texttab.

In theFontgroup, selectIncrease Font Sizeto make the email text bigger.

Or use theCtrl+Shift+>keyboard shortcut.

To make the text smaller, selectDecrease Font Size, or use theCtrl+Shift+<keyboard shortcut.

To specify an exact font size, select theFont sizedrop-down arrow and choose a size.

PressCtrl+Pto see a preview of the message before you print it.

Or selectFile>Print.
