This article explains how to prevent calls from certain accounts from going to all of your devices.
This guide applies to iOS 10 or later for iPads and iPhones.

InSettings, scroll down the left-side menu and selectFaceTime.
This will bring up the FaceTime controls on the right-hand side.
(On iPhones, scroll down and tapFaceTimeto bring up FaceTime prefs.)
Tap to add a checkmark for any you want to be active.
it’s possible for you to also add a new email address to the list.
FaceTime calls will now ring only for the accounts you’ve selected.
TheBlockedbutton displays a list of all email addresses and phone numbers blocked from FaceTime.
