How Do I Temporarily Disable My Home Wi-Fi?

To pause a specific machine, tapDevicesat the top.
To freeze Wi-Fi for a group of devices, tap theFamily Wi-Fiheading halfway down the page.
PressPauseto temporarily pause Wi-Fi for that equipment or group.

Return to the same place, and use theUnpauselink, to unfreeze Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi pausing is available through the Parental Controls feature.
SelectParental Controlson the Dashboard screen.
TP-Link
If parental controls haven’t been set up yet, tapControl a gadget.
Choose the unit whose Wi-Fi should be paused.
you’ve got the option to also schedule Wi-Fi pauses on Linksys routers.
TP-Link
Just chooseSchedule a Pause, instead, and then choose the days and times the internet should be blocked.
To turn on Wi-Fi for that equipment again, selectResume Internet Access.
To freeze Wi-Fi for the whole web link, selectParental Controls.
D-Link
Tap the pause icon to immediately stop the machine’s access to Wi-Fi.
The play icon will resume Wi-Fi.
TP-Link
Below are directions for pausing Wi-Fi from an Archer C7 V5.
The process is similar for other TP-Link router models.
