Open a Pages File Using iCloud
You dont have to own an iPhone to have aniCloud account.
It’s is an excellent option if you anticipate receiving additional Pages files.
Visit theiCloud.comsite and sign in with your username and password.
SelectPagesfrom the grid of apps.
In the Recents or Browse section, selectUploadat the top.
Browse for and select thePagesfile, then chooseOpen.
Youll see the Pages file in the Browse section.
Double-click to open, view, and edit the document online.
There are manyfree document file convertersto pick from, but not all of them support Pages files.
We’ll use CloudConvert for this example, butZamzaris another one we recommend.
Open CloudConvert’sPages to WordorPages to PDFpage.
pick the arrow next toSelect Fileand chooseFrom my Computer.
Browse for and choose the Pages file, then selectOpen.
Confirm that the right format is chosen (DOC,DOCX, orPDF).
Youll see the conversion as it processes and then finishes.
SelectDownloadto get the converted file.
kick off the Pages file on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap theSharebutton on the top right and selectPagesin the second row of your share sheet.
Tap theSharebutton in Pages, followed byExport and Send.
Choose a format from the list, likePDForWord.
Your share sheet should open automatically, but if it doesn’t tapExportorShare.
Choose the best option tosend or share the file with your Windows computer.
