Go to theHometab and, in theQuick Stepsgroup, selectCreate New.
TheEdit Quick Stepdialog box opens.
Select theChoose an Actiondrop-down arrow and choose theMove to Folderoption.
Select theChoose folderdropdown arrow and go for the desired folder.
Select theChoose an Actiondrop-down arrow and selectMark as read.
Optionally, select theShortcut keydrop-down arrow and choose a keyboard shortcut.
Open or highlight the message, messages,conversation, or conversations you want to file.
In theQuick Stepsgroup, snag the action you set up.
