These instructions apply to Word 2019, 2016, Word for Microsoft 365, andWord for Mac.
Here’s how to get these templates:
In Word, go to theFiletab and selectNew.
Under the search bar, selectFlyers.

Browse through the free flyertemplatesWord displays until you find a design you like.
If you’re able to’t find a template you like,download onefrom Microsoft.
To change the text, select it and throw in the new information.

To change the image, right-choose the existing one, then selectChange Picture.
In theInsert Picturesdialog box, selectFrom a file.Browse to an image on your system then selectInsert.
To delete an unwanted element, select it and pressDeleteon the keyboard.

Save the flyer, then print it or send it in an email message.
Saving the changes to a document doesn’t change the template.
These instructions are for Word for Mac 2011 but are similar for newer versions, as well.

From theNew Documentscreen, typeflyersinto the search bar.
Alternatively, selectNew from Templatefrom theFilemenu or pressShift+Command+Pon your keyboard.
Browse the templates until you find one you like.

choose the template you want, then selectCreate.
Add your text over the placeholder text.
If you don’t need a placeholder text box, select it and pressDeleteon the keyboard.

Adjust the text color and size the same as in any Word document.
FAQ
Select theInsert tab> thesmall down arrownext to the Text tool >Draw Text Box.
Draw the text box, then open theText Box Toolstab and enter the text box dimensions you want.

Then, launch the Multiple Pages dropdown and select2 pages per sheet.
fire up the flyer document in Word and selectFile>Print.
In the print window, selectProperties, then open thePages per Sheetdropdown and select4 pages.
SelectOKto keep your controls, then start printing to produce four fliers per page.
