This is true for text, but images convey meaning faster and in a richer manner.
Of course, pictures can be added just for fun, too.
In theOutlook Optionsdialog box, selectMail.
In theCompose messagessection, selectSignatures.
In theSignatures and Stationerydialog box, go to theE-mail Signaturetab and selectNew.
In theNew Signaturedialog box, enter a descriptive name for the new signature and selectOK.
Position the cursor where you want to insert the picture.
In the Formattingtoolbar, selectInsert Picture.
Adding an attachment increases the message size.
In theSignatures and Stationerydialog box, selectOKto save the signature.
In theOutlook Optionsdialog box, selectOK.
