The process is the same for PowerPoint on Windows and Mac.
Go to theViewtab and click eitherNormalorSlide Sorterin the ribbon.
Right-poke the slide and chooseHide Slide,which marks the option.
you might alsoselect more than one slide at a timeand hide them all at once.
When you hide a slide in PowerPoint on Windows, the slide number has a slash through it.
Here, you’ve got the option to see slides 10, 11, and 12 are hidden.
Again, you could see slides 10 through 12 are hidden.
If you have your slideshow in full view, right-tap the current slide and selectShow All Slides.
Your audience will not see you perform this action.
Theyll merely see the hidden slide when you select it as described below.
Right-nudge the slide and selectHide Slideto unmark the option.
you could hide slides depending on the audience, such as a presentation for different departments in your company.
Either way, this is a handy PowerPoint feature to keep in mind.
To hide the toolbar when presenting in PowerPoint, go toFile>Options>Advancedand uncheckShow popup toolbar.
Tohide the sound icon, grab the audio clip icon on the slide and choosePlayback>Hide During Show.
