If it’s off, select theMessagestoggle to turn it on.
If you dont see Messages, selectMoreand scroll down.
Select<(in the upper left) to go back.
Your watch is now set up to receive text messages and notifications.
check that theMute notifications on phonetoggle is set to off, and theMessagestoggle is set to on.
Depending on the parameters you choose, you may feel a vibration or hear a short alert sound.
Your most recent text message will appear.
If you want to reply, tap the text message.
If you have multiple texts, you might swipeupto view them.
Tap aninput methodor aquick replymessage.
Tap thesendicon (paper plane).
Your text message reply will be sent to the recipient.

If youve never sent a text from your watch, you may need toinstall the appfirst.
TapStart chat, or tap any of your existing text conversations.
After youve entered the message, tap thesendicon (paper airplane).
Do Samsung Watches Receive Text Messages?
Samsung watches are capable of both sending and receiving text messages.

If you use a different app for text messages, enable notifications for that app as well.
You may also need to load the companion app for your text app on the watch.
If your text app doesnt support Galaxy watches, try switching back to the default Android texting app.
Note that third-party messaging apps like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp can’t be installed on the watch.
Also, see to it your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
The phone number may not be set up correctly on the watch, or another issue may need attention.
To delete multiple messages, tap any additional messages to select them before you tapDelete.
Unfortunately, there’s no way around this issue other than turning off Bluetooth.
